With D.Phil. Carola Gründler we cooperate in the field of coaching. Since 1993 she is coach and trainer for managers, self-employed entrepreneurs and teams. She worked for clients coming from the economy, public service and media.
Since 2005 D.Phil. Gründler is a partner of the osb international Consulting AG and has several times contributed to complex organization development projects. Her key activities are conflict moderation, team development and counselling change processes in organizations.

UnbenanntTogether with Günther Jesumann we have conducted media trainings. He operates as media trainer, media consultant, journalist, lecturer and moderator.
Alongside many years of practice as editor of a daily newspaper, he has experience as a press spokesman at a CCI and for over 30 years at a national German insurance company. He is also chairman of the German Federation of Journalists DJV (Federal Association Schleswig-Holstein) and long-time lecturer at the Hamburg Academy of Journalism and at the School of Media in Kiel. As moderator, he headed political and public events culminating in a political television show.
For years he conducts media trainings for companies, institutions, organizations, communities and individual persons.

Unbenannt2In the segment of coaching we also work together with Marlen Nebelung. She is psychologist and health scientist, conductional trainer (Community of Trainers Berlin), trainer for autogenic training (FH) and systemic coach (BIP, SG).
She is consulting in different business contexts: small, medium-sized and large organizations, inhouse as well as external consultant.
She has 20 years of experience in the design and implementation of leadership trainings, workshops, and moderations and in the accompaniment of teams and development and change projects.
For 16 years she coaches people in developing and transition situations as well as executives.

Lars SchevingTogether with Lars Scheving of Firstline Communication A/S in Copenhagen, we have for more than 10 years worked on e.g. cross border food and infrastructure issues for German and Danish clients involving primarily crisis, issues, and stakeholder management, public affairs as well as media training competencies.
Lars has more than 25 years of experience from working for international clients within notably pharma, construction, maritime oil and gas, and tourism.
Before setting up Firstline Communication in 2005 Lars was head of public affairs and Managing Director of Burson-Marsteller Denmark. Way back, Lars was a museum curator and a freelance journalist of all things yachting for a major Danish daily. Lars has an MA in History and American Studies from the University of Copenhagen.
